Refund

We stand behind our products. In order to receive a refund, the consumer must return all the unused product from the kit, along with the UPC code from the box and the original purchase receipt to ProTek Labs Inc. 5827 Corporate Way, West Palm Beach, Fl 33407 at the consumers own expense.  All leftover product in the bottles will be analyzed to ensure they have not been tampered with, prior to a refund being issued.  If there is any questions as to the validity of the product return, the consumer will be advised accordingly.

Please note that the money back guarantee applies only to product kits containing the full hair care program – open stock product is not covered under the guarantee.
